Free shipping on orders from €39.90. Orders under €39.90 pay €6 shipping per order.

We ship to the Netherlands and France. More countries will follow.

The order total is the price of the products after discounts. You see the shipping cost in the cart before you pay.
Delivery time
We pack your order within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before [14:00] on a working day usually leave the same day.

These are estimates. In busy weeks (Black Friday, December) it can take 1–2 days longer.
Tracking
When your order ships, you get an email with the [carrier] tracking link.
Customs
We ship from inside the EU. No customs fees or import taxes for the Netherlands and France. All prices include VAT.
Problems with delivery
- Wrong address: check your address before you pay. If the parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, we can send it again; you pay the new shipping cost.
- Not received: if your parcel is more than 5 working days later than the estimate, email us at support@zglobalcorp.com with your order number. We check with the carrier and send a new parcel or refund you.
- Damaged: send us a photo of the parcel and the product within 7 days. We replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
